Immigration Psychological Evaluation

As daughter of immigrants, I’ve witnessed firsthand the many challenges faced by individuals and families navigating life in a new country—often with limited support and the added burden of navigating the complex process of obtaining legal status.

As a bilingual therapist, I bring years of experience supporting clients through the emotional and financial stressors that often accompany the immigration journey. In addition to my clinical work, I am trained in conducting immigration evaluations with a deep understanding of the unique experiences within this process.

I know that pursuing legal status can feel overwhelming and uncertain. That’s why I approach each immigration evaluation with compassion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity—creating a safe, respectful space where your story can be heard and honored.

I offer Telehealth services across California and Pennsylvania.

The Process

I understand that the path to legal status can be overwhelming and emotionally challenging. That’s why my approach each immigration psychological evaluation with empathy, clinical professionalism, and cultural sensitivity—ensuring you feel seen, respected, and supported throughout the process.

I will meet with you via telehealth to conduct a very detailed and thorough assessment of your family history, work history, and medical and psychiatric history. This process takes about 1-2 sessions and can last anywhere between 90 minutes-120 minutes.

Please note that this report may include diagnostic information, such as symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other relevant mental health conditions, as part of the clinical assessment.

Before the assessment is finalized, your attorney may be consulted to gather any additional background information needed to ensure the evaluation is thorough and complete.

Once the assessment is complete, the report will be prepared within 10–14 business days. A draft will be provided for your review, and any necessary revisions will be made within that timeframe. After you approve the final Immigration Psychological Report, a copy will be sent directly to your attorney.
